It’s been 3 years since my hair first started to turn grey due to AF, congested liver and copper overload alongside biounavailable copper. The highest post-meal reading (2hrs) I’ve had is 178. I was really stressed out that day and didn’t have a good nights sleep. I had 2 cans of soda which were loaded with sugar and caffeine. These are hernias of the outer lower leg. They are also known by other names such as ”Reducible Lower Leg Hernias” I didn’t have them before but developed them recently if this is what I have. I think I have begun to understand what is wrong with me. My low body temps are due to high cortisol causing poor quality sleep and then the poor quality sleep causes an underactive thyroid. When I sleep well, usually after sex, I don’t get low body temps and feel almost normal. Testing shows normal TSH when I am well rested and a high TSH of nearly 7 when I am sleep deprived. Yeah, even 200mg Magnesium tablets gives me diarrhea, as does magnesium powder so I got some epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) to put into the bath and soak in it for 20+ minutes.
