Hi Sorry, just saw your post there are different grades, the food grade is 35% and I dilute it with juice to make it taste better, can also use distilled water Glass of Juice and add 6 drops of H2O2, you may not worry about the taste, and tolerate more, my wife can’t taste it, go figure hey Hope that helps Warren   [End]

Hi, am a chronic asthmatic 62, had it since birth, am taking H2O2 and it has helped heaps, reading about SSKI I want to try it, it is expensive to buy in Australia, wondering how you make it, thats if I can buy the crystals here as well, how do you make it If I end up buying the SSKI drops through Ebay, is it only a few drops a day to be taken? and do I need to take selenium, Mg, B groups as well? Sick of always being short of breath, since I started the H2O2 this yr before winter, I never got the flu, and pneumonia, a miracle for me, lungs are scarred from so many bouts of infections, a ...

Sorry, just saw the message It is sold as 35% pure grade H2O2, already diluted, follow all the precautions on handling, keep refrigerated I take 6 drops a cpl of times daily in Juice, tastes bad to me but wife is fine with the taste, always take either 30 minutes before or after food, we take it during the day, mornings would be fine on an empty stomach Hope that helps   [End]

H2O2, have started the program of three drops and Man it tastes disgusting, wife can hardly taste it, does anyone else find it so awful? new member too We are taking the 35% food grade in distilled water and I am taking it in juice, tried it in water and it is foul, to get to 25 drops, I would need arms tied behind my back and virtually need water boarding to take that much, I read how many take 25 drops bds and I shudder Am I the only One or are there others that find it bad, and if so how to get around it, am a Chronic Asthmatic and every yr get Pneumonia, am also on Liposomal Vit C ...
