To recap, insomnia started 3 months into taking precursors / usual supps. After 9 months of struggling, I cut out ALL pills and concentrated on organic food sources and cut insomnia in half. Then eliminated high histamine, high glutamate, and high copper foods to put the rest of the insomnia to bed!
