I had an brain/skull MRI a little over 14 months ago suggesting that I may have Chronic Sinusitis. However,I don’t really have any nasal symptoms at all. Thanks for the reply once again mike. Actually I only needed 2 crowns. But I also realize I need two porcelain onlays which is the same price as the crowns. The Crowns are for the root canaled teeth, both covered with half amalgam. I really thought about bridgework too, but that requires 4 extra teeth to be crowned. It’d be nice to go without the root canals, but I’ll wait and see. I am saving the two root canal teeth for last, see how i feel. So I may just extract both of them. So finally I had a consultation with my biological dentist that follows all of Huggins protocol. His estimates were pretty pricy. I have a total of 11 Amalgam fillings, 2 of them with root canals. He gave me 2 treatment plans. The first plan cost $8000 which includes 3 porcelain crowns. The crowns cost $1400 each! Is it usually that expensive? The composite replacement is $290. how about running in the summer or in a hot environment? I remember I had a lot of sweat the past summer when i would run 3 or 4 miles. I mean it takes a while to get the sweat out but usually for me after 1 or 2 miles it’ll start to come out. I felt good too afterwords. I haven’t sweat much from running in the winter though and I’ve felt awful (bad fatigue and just out of it feeling) after I run each time, lasting a day or two. I am in the same boat as you, I will be out of country by the end of the month for I don’t know how long, and there’s no way I can replace all my fillings so soon as it may be hard to get appointment with my dentist and hard on the body to remove 11 amalgam in such a short span of time. The thing is, my health problems didn’t start with my Amalgam, I am pretty sure of that. However I do beleive mercury probably play a role with me because I had taken a Hepatitis A/B vaccine while I had an infection.
