I started a cleanse 3 days ago with psyllium and a herbal laxative. I have done 1 teaspoon of psyllium 4 times a day, and a herbal laxative pill before bed. Problem: I have had about 9 bowel movements today and nothing weird, just large volume of seemingly normal stool. I am 22 and I am wondering if I am hurting my system with all this laxative effect. all of my bowel movement seem to be coated with a thick rubbery layer, which looks how psyllium looks if you stir it and don’t drink it right away... it it just psyllium? The electronic Itchstopper is a SHAM. It is merely a heating element. The only thing it does is applies heat to the affected area. All extra light refers to is the color and flavor of the oil. If you want a light organic oil with little to no flavor try a organic soybean or canola oil.
