I have dealt with chronic constipation for most of my life. As I grow older the problem increases. I have heard flax seed can be beneficial for this type of problem. I am desperate and will try anything that may help. Is this effective for chronic constipation and what would be a recommended dose? Do I use whole seed, the oil, or powdered seed?   [End]

i went to the doc. and had normal blood work they said they want to take more blood next week because my test showed i was dehydrated and i drink nothing but water accully more than suposed to. bout 10-15 glasses a day. any info or advise????????????????????   [End]
