Well everyone’s situation is different, but in my case it seems the strings were cut too short so when the CNM went to pull it out(after having it for a year & a half) she couldn’t grasp the strings. When the OB/Gyn tried a couple weeks later, there were no strings to be found at all, even with an instrument to help. So I ended up having to go into the OR, be anesthetized, & have it removed that way. I have a $2500 deductible for my insurance, so all of it will come out of my pocket!
If you hate it enough to want it out after only a month, I say cut your losses & have it removed. [End]
