Your message is encouraging to me. I’m on day 4 of the MC and all is going well. I’m looking forward to the cleansing benefits of the MC, however, I’m also looking forward to loosing some pounds (I’m 6’5”, 320 lbs.). After the MC, I plan to eat right and continue to hit the weights and cardio (along with fasting for short periods). I hope to get down in the 230 to 250 range, which is fine for my body frame (although it would be nice to get back to my weight while playing College Basketball- 195 to 215)
