I’ve only done 3 big flushes, one recently and 2 five years back. All the ’stones’ after the flushes have floated, even the large ones I’ve seen most recently. If you buy a nice piece of organic ginger, it should help the gas subside somewhat. I had painful gas trapped inside yesterday, and I made the morning flush drink, and it was gone in a matter of minutes. OMG, I found a video very similar to this one (though a little skeptical because it’s endorsing a product) but there must be something we can do to help the bombardment of EMFs! It supposedly alleviates this ’static’ blood formation. Hi Jackie, Sorry to hear about your fatigue troubles. It has been something that I’ve been battling a while too. One thing that helped me really see the difference was the coffee enemas. I was doing the intestinal cleanser #2 for about two months before I decided to do them, and lo and behold, there was still a lot of plaque that I think was partly the culprit. As Uny says, it’s also due to sluggish liver, and I think the coffee enema helped kill two birds with one stone. Everything you’re doing sounds great! Keep up the good work ;) Bkrisp   [End]

Hello again Water, I feel much more confident now after reading through your post. Thanks so much for adding the additional info on the oils I purchased. I just love reading all the goodie info on products/foods that I own! Strangely enough, the brand oils I purchased ”NOW” seems reputable, but prescribes the use as aromatherapy and not internal. http://www.nowfoods.com/Products/ProductFAQs/M014133.htm Just thought I’d put that in if anyone else is considering a brand of essential oils. I might have to seek a more internal use friendly brand... Really enjoying my grow ...

Happy 01/11/11 everyone :) After reading Water’s extremely informative post on essential oils, http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1700103#i I decided to add it as a weekly treatment. I don’t own a good reference book yet and so just have a few questions maybe someone could help. For now I’m going to start using it as a topical treatment for dry skin patches etc. At the local health store, I chose the three highest I could find in phenols, monoterpenes, and sesquiterpene, which were clove, hyssop, and cedarwood, respectively. Just a quick question since I haven’t found anything in the archives to help my decision. I finally have fresh habanero peppers available locally and am trying to decide which is the best way to utilize their benefits. Should I dry them and make powder to get the most therapeutic form of cayenne? Will I get more benefits by blending them with alcohol in a tincture for a good overall circulatory booster? Or should I make a pseudo ACV tincture that I can use to spice up my foods and have as a delicious way to take my cayenne dosages? Maybe just a couple votes would help...I’ve b ...
