Yeah, that makes sense that it could be lack of minerals, but in my case I am very careful to take magnesium and green drinks every day, and I really haven’t had much diahhrea, just nausea, and I drink lots of water, so maybe the cause is different for different people?   [End]

Hi, I just wanted to pipe up and say I have exactly the same thing happen as you describe with my eyes. It is easiest to see in the winter when I am looking at snow. With me though, my eyesight in general is not good ever since I have had candida and heavy metal toxicity. Hi, I am new and I have some questions. I have read many of the archives, and I tried my first flush this weekend. However, I used the William Kelly version instead of the Hulda Clark version--it was recommended by folks on another list, and it seemed easier and so I thought I would try that one.
