Hi. I am on day 10 and am headed for 20. Week has been crazy. Basement flooded on day 5. Had really bad headache on day 6, but that may not have been the fast :) Many hours of no sleep but stayed the course. I started the cleanse because I lost 40 lbs without trying since Thanksgiving. You guessed it, my blood sugar was very high. Many times it was checked, it was in the 400s. Highest I ever saw it was 498.
