I have been doing a colon cleanse, I also added today a enima so while sitting on the toilet, about 15 mins ago i released mucous and i think some parasites, ok so thats not the biggie heres the biggie, while i was relaxing , on the toilet, i seen smoke ..yes smoke radiating up from either my vagina or rectum, trust me i was too scared to find out, it was aura like but deffinatly there i smelt nothing burning, this continued every time i push outward below a big stream like of smoke would come up and waver like , only up to my navel no higher than that, it wasnt a hallucination ...

I failed the master cleanse lemonaide fast and all my life many differnt ”diets” so i know how you feel..but i am not going to let that stray me from the bennifits of attempting again and again, i dont think its so much a matter of failure or motivation i think its a matter of the right time or making sure that your ”setting” is ready for you, such as holidays, tests, stress all can be a factore also i was told not to do this nearing ovulation or your period because it is much harder due to hormones and lack of, u know cravings im assuming but those are all normal reasons ...
