I make homemade soap!!! When the lye solution and oils combine together and SAPONIFY it turns into matural glycerin whoch is very good and moisturizing for your skin.........Thats why homemade soap is SO much better than store bought.. Manufactured soapmakers take OUT the glycerin and sell it seperately and use it for things like lotion and cream..... So retained glycerin just means glycerin...Dr-bronners is supposed to be good soap, never used it though. I use mine and am hooked on how well it makes my skin feel.. You can try it no problem, I just wanted to warn you about the possibility of it messing with the equilibrium. I think any kind of eardrops need to be warmed a tad. I always just put a little in a cup and microwaved it for 5 seconds then dropped it in. I always just did a 1/2 dropper or so.. Whenever I get sick like that I take it orally, gargle it, put drops in my ears and flush my sinuses with it. My husband would get the mucous from his chest too, thats mainly coming from your sinuses. If you have a nebulizer, I hear that works well with the lungs. Although I have never tried it...I would usually go through 4 ounces in the first day and then I usually feel much better the next day. I was using D-mannose for my daughter as a natural cure before I knew of the silver. As far as the yeast infections have you sprayed the silver on yourself directly. Also you can soak a tampon in silver and insert it to get yeast infection. I personally know it kills yeast. My son gets an occasional yeast rash in his unmentionable area due to not bathing often when he is at his dads, and I will spray him with CS, and he feels relief from itching almost right away. when I got my smart silver Jr, which is bery similiar to the silver puppy. They told me to toss my first batch because of any of the residue on the electrodes of jar that can react with the silver charging...........It killed me to toss it down the drain, although afterwards I realized I should have fed it to my plants...... tossing 32 oz was hard because that would have been 160.00 worth of silver before I got the generator. I know that CS is used for preserving canned foods and to keep things from spoiling, but do any of you know about it’s use in cosmetics. I am starting to make my own lotions, scrups, spritzes, etc. and need to find preservatives to put in them so they are safe. Well that sucks, My generator shuts itself off at 12 PPM and is supposed to end up at 10. I looked up some archives on this forum and saw something about the TDS1 meter being a conductivity reader, and not a PPM meter. I don’t know the diff. The PPM reader is alot more expensive I guess. Does anyone know what the conductivity of a 10 PPM solution should be???? Weird because I tested my well water and it was 210 or something like that and my Distilled water was 0. Me again, I was just wondering through all the controversial information on ionic vs. colloidal, and dosage. I have heard that colloidal is better than ionic, but apparently it is impossible to make colloidal at home. Are these people just trying to sell their specific product.
