Aww I’m sorry I wish I could help you more, I know how terrible you feel but please dont give up you need to stay positive although your body tells you the opposite. If it helps when i was at my worst with the anxiety and panic attacks, I took a benadryl because i felt like i was going crazy. It helped. I also started taking supplements to help with the anxiety. Try to drink lots of water, camomille teas, and if you can detox do that too. OH you know I for got to mention that I just had my yearly physical and I asked the Dr to re-check my ANA and again it’s negative, but with the specialist keeps coming back positive. Not sure if you were taking the Vit D3 but for what I heard is the best. I use Carlson and i started taking 6000 iu 3 years ago. Diana, I think I just started my ovulation days but I’m not so sure because until these last three months my cycle has been some how more normal than ever since before removal. Unfortunately Yes my self and many of us here suffered with reflux and many other side effects. That was one of my first symptoms and I took acid reducer medication for 5 years. Hi melanderso, I just had an appt with my rhem and she had me do these tests again. I actually had like 15 tubes of blood to test for many things. I’m waiting on the results and praying that everything is normal. Don’t panic, most likely it’s one more thing that you have to deal with thanks to the evil mirena. I never had an abnormal pap smear before until after the removal of mirena. I been off mirena for a little over 2 1/2 years and since the removal I had to do my pap smear every 6 months because they keep coming up abnormal. shira, my baby is 6 months old and healthy. Other than spending 2 days at the hospital when she was 3 months old due to some odd petechiae in her leg. The Dr said it’s safe but, I called the lactation consultant and they told me that it might not be safe to take it now because it has ethanol and they don’t recognize the other ingredients since they are not FDA approved. Im curious to see if you have the same problem. According to my lab results i’m post-menopausal. I wonder if that’s why i’m still suffering after 2 1/2 years post mirena. The doctor said that my hormones are very low and he wants me to start taking a supplement called Endopath-F. Because im breast feeding i can’t do bio-identical hormones. I’m scared to start taking this because i don’t want to start having anymore side effects. although, he said that there are no side effects on this supplement and that it is safe for my baby. Interesting, I just had my estrogen, testosterone, progesterone levels tested and everything seems normal. Im like you questioning myself why if my hormones seem to be normal, am I still struggling so much to recover after 2 1/2 years post removal? I never used progesterone cream before or checked my hormone levels right after removal, but decided to do it recently in desperation of trying to find the cause of why I haven’t recover after so long. I am not doing too well either, right now i feel really discouraged because I was doing good for about 3 weeks and i feel like I crashed really bad this whole week, and like you, i had a lot of symptoms that I tought were gone and came back. Jackie please don’t give up , you are stronger than you think. I been there and I’m not going to lie, there are still days that I feel bad but not as bad as it used to be, even just 2 months ago. I’m 28 months post removal, Just had a baby and I suffered all of the symptoms while pregnant and still after the delivery.
