My fiance is a week away from his last treetment (PEG Interferon). We are so excited! For the most part, he has done extremely well. We think that he has responded well to the treatment, but we will not know for sure until he receives his last test results. He really has not had many horrible side effects like many people endure. The main side effects he has encountered would be depression, nausea, and body aches. He has not lossed his hair (although most do) or had any other problems, but of course he is ready for the treatment to end and hopes that it has lowered his enzyme levels. ...
