Some things that may help:
High doses of B-vitamins specially biotin, B2, B6, get coenzymated or sublingual forms for max absorption.
Vitamin A,D, EFAs (likely very deficient in these). Micelled Forms of these are best for easier absorption (specially if digestive weakness).
Minerals: Zinc (50 -100mg/day), calcium:magnesium (5:1 ratio optimum), iodine. Consider Krebs cycle chelate forms of these for best absorption.
Enzymes/Probiotics: To digest waste accumulation, help with digestion and get rid excess fungus/parasites. Consider Lact-enz and multizyme by standard process.
