Thanks! Like I stated before, I’m a BIG fan of DE. By the way, I do DE + Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) + MSM on an empty stomach. MSM, according to ICU’s topical protocol, is beneficial because it inhibits parasite’s ability to stick to your intestinal walls. Just something to add to your regimen. It is pretty cheap. I recommend getting the actual powder which is pure MSM. No capsules, no fillers etc. 1/4 tsp gives about 1 g of MSM. It tastes a little bitter but as soon as it hits saliva, it gives a cooling effect.   [End]

Yeah, DE is awesome. DE takes a while to start working. Plus it is so cheap, harmless, and benefits (skin related) so awesome, that I foresee myself taking it for the rest of my life. Yeah, I think I’m liking oxypowder. The only downside is that it seems like really expensive magnesium oxide (ozonated). But I have to say that I haven’t ever had a problem with constipation. You basically just jet stream your ass instead of using paper to wipe. Yes, definitely. I would go for an ascorbate salt. Neutral pH plus I put 1/4 tsp in my mouth, take a sip of water, gargle for about 15 minutes while I’m in the shower, and then swallow. You want to absorb as much as you can sublingually. In the GI tract, if you get ascorbic acid, your intestines will have to bind it to sodium to make sodium ascorbate (or some other mineral/electrolyte). Water follows sodium because of osmosis, resulting in excess water in the colon, which I think causes loose stools associated with ”excessive” vitamin C.   [End]

I think I just figured out the solution to anal itching due to pin worms or other bugs. Take a cotton ball and saturate with castor oil and then place it as far as you can inside the rectum. From what little I remember from my chemistry class taken ages ago: KI in aqueous solution will dissociated into K+ and I- so in our body I- can take up an electron from anywhere and convert to I. The main reason I asked is I read somewhere that pH of less than 3.5 was required for vitamin c to be absorbed.
