I just finished the full 30 days of Humaworm, with little apparent results. Had a few days with more than typical mucus, a short feeling of a developing cold which didn’t develop. Last night on the Discovery channel’s Daily Planet(in Canada) a short segment was shown demonstrating Vitamin C’s effect on Iodine. I didn’t catch the beginning, but from what I gathered, Iodine is an oxidizer?) and Vitamin C an anti-oxidant, and to demonstrate this point the scientist painted a small patch of Iodine on his palm and then rubbed it with a wetted Vit. It’s great to find a new food that works on this diet, so I’ll pass this one along... Spaghetti Squash! It’s a large yellow squash that can be eaten just like spaghetti with a tomato or pesto sauce. Can be purchased in most grocery stores. Cut in half and then quarter each half--8 pieces total, each is approx 1 serving. Brush with Olive Oil and salt, then bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until tender and slightly translucent. Scrape the meat from the skin and mash/separate with a fork. Comes off as a completely acceptable spaghetti! Top with your favorite sauce. Freezes well.   [End]

Be careful with the use of H2O2. Rotate it carefully. It can be a Silver Bullet if properly used or you can piss it away like I did. Hydrogen Peroxide was one of the first things I tried, before identifying my problem as Candida. It was very effective, probably the most effective remedy I’ve found to date. My own experience is similar to your description: the candida diet slows it’s progress but doesn’t stop it. My Candida has progressed in spite of my very strict diet. Antifungals seem to stop it for as long as I’m taking them but as soon as I stop taking them, the Candida returns at the same level it was at before--in no more than 3 days. Probiotics have no effect for me. So, in my experience, these things maybe only contribute to a solution, they are not a solution in and of themselves. Pefrakehl is part of a homeopathic remedy, called Pleomorphism. Pleomorphism is an alternative theory of medicine, big in Europe, based on the idea that pathogens in the body ”morph” thru different phases; from protit(?) to germ to fungus, etc. Candida is one of the fungal forms. These forms can be seen under a darkfield microscope. The treatment encourages the fungal form to revert to earlier stages, where they are helpful to the body, not hurtful.
