I didn’t have much trouble doing anything on the fast, and didn’t urinate that much. I would make double batches throughout the day as needed. Each double lasted me about 4 hours or so. Then I’d make a new one. About 3-4 per day. I got some headaches 3 or 4 days in. And a little irritation. Lost my sex drive mostly, altough I read someone else say it increased theirs, maybe afterwards? Anyway, I enjoyed and want to do it again in the future. I never heard of what you are talking about. But I just finished the cleanse, and it wasn’t bad. A few times I had headaches which they say are normal, toxins releasing out of the body. Ewilly, I am doing a slightly different cleanse than you are, however I do have some experience with cleansing and fasting and suggest the following: It is not clear to me weather or not you are: 1.not having any bowel movements or 2. not releasing the salt water. In either case, I would not do the salt water and instead get an enema bag at a local drug store, fill it with body temp water (be exact...maybe 1 degree warmer) and slowly take the water in to your colon.
