Hello. I can relate to your story! I tried just about everything to get well. Have you looked into Emotional Freedom Technique? It’s all over the internet. A practitioner with experience in CFS recovery or working with people with AF or POTS would be your best bet. I recovered from CFS, AF and POTS using it. Latest studies show a 24% drop in cortisol levels after 1 hour of EFT. I can lead a normal life now and am HEALTHY and I sleep! There is hope!!! Hello, I had severe adrenal fatigue for 3.5 years and I thought that because I couldn’t find anyone on the Forums who had come back with a FULL and genuine recovery (and not just partial remission) that there was either maybe no cure or that people who did get well were too happy living normal lives to come back and tell us how they got well.
