Hello all, Another question: When I did the MC in the past, I did it hot, but some tell me cold is better, plus more nutrients. 2nd chance, glad to hear you tried it. It sounds like you had a great flush. The size of the stones indicates how blocked up you were. You might not feel great right aways since you stirred up so much junk. If I were you I would start taking psyllium to soak up the junk in you colon. Fiber really helps to clean up your colon. Hey everyone just have a quick question. I did my first ever liver flush on sunday. Yesterday morning I woke up, took the last 2 doses of ES and waited. Nothing happened. At 1pm I ate some lunch and about 10 min later I passed my first stones!!!! I passed about 15 large grape sized stones. Hello all, I tried a gallbladder flush about a month ago and had a terrible time getting the olive oil drink down (I used olive oil with grapefruit juice). The oil/juice mix is one I have used several times, but only this time was it impossible for me to take more than a few sips. When I tried to take more than the first few sips, my stomach made cramped like it was going to throw up. It didn’t help. In fact, the herbs didn’t do anything for me either way. Hi all, I am a newbie wondering if my frequent urination (started when I started working around a lot of chemicals) is related to my kidneys. I saw a macrobiotic specialist, and she said my kidneys were hard. I also notice it increases when I am constipated, but basically I have to ’go’ every 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
