I suggest you look into the brand ”Biotics” to see if they carry a version of Drenamin that is gluten free. I really like Biotics and I definitely suggest that over the plant based Isocort. Generally, I think it’s better to use a complete glandular over an isolated hormone, even after what happened to me. Yes, definitely! I find that when my neck is acting up, my digestive issues act up as well... Especially belching and bloating. My chiro says ”anything can cause anything”. There are nerves that run from the neck that control the diaphram. I think that might be what is happening to me. I can go out a little. It’s waaaaaay better than it was. I was severely EMF sensitive for 2.5 years and that is gone, but I do still have some sound sensitivity and I do get tired more easily than most. I started with one dropper full of tincture (at one point I figured it out to be around 470mg) and then I switched to capsules (Solaray 1.5% withanolides, 470mg/capsule) and increased until I no longer felt a benefit in adding. Because your testosterone is low, I would try ashwaganda if I were you. It has helped me immensely and has a testosterone like effect in the body. It’s an adaptogen, so should help with hunger, sleep, fatigue, etc. Your cortisol isnt out of range in the morning, but is low enough to cause symptoms. I’d try the ACE drops next, if the ashwaganda doesn’t fix it. I like Dr Neville, of the Clymer healing center. I think if you look in the Adrenal Fatique book by James Wilson and read the symptom list and you have all of the symptoms that correspond with it and then you introduce an adrenal glandular and all or most of your symptoms disappear or improve drastically, then you can say for certain that yes, you have AF. I’m so glad that you’re saying that. I wasn’t able to respond yesterday and kept thinking about how dangerous I think it is to be on a glandular and then just stop cold turkey. There is a reason that the directions for prescribed steroids are to wean over a period of time.... The same goes for glandulars... They contain hormones that your body gets in the habit of not making. My visual disturbances were related to vertebrae in my neck being out of alignment... So, you have a hiatal hernia? My chiropractor can actually fix those. Mine was really severe and was making it very difficult to breathe and caused chest pain, pressure and extreme weakness. I think that burning all over is usually related to nerves being irritated or maybe damaged in some way. When my GI track was super inflamed I started having to have b12 injections bc I wasn’t absorbing it. I know that low b12 is a common cause of nerve issues. I wonder if drinking aloe might help with the irritated digestive track, while you are detoxing. Beware though, if you try it and you get muscle cramps from it, it’s because a side effect can be potassium loss, just FYI. If you have a lymph issue, try dry skin brushing... I supplemented my adrenals and it caused me to stop wasting sodium and start wasting potassium... along with urinary frequency it caused muscle spasms. are you having muscle spasms? I use magnesium oil and potassium Asporotate for leg cramps. Usually low magnesium and/or potassium is at the root of leg cramps. Typically there is thirst and some urinary frequency with low potassium. So if you have leg cramps plus those two symptoms then it might be potassium. If your legs are cramping but you don’t have thirst and urinary frequency then it is probably magnesium. At least that’s been my experience. When did the cramping start? Was it after starting a new product? I also have had leg cramps/jolts from candida die off in the past.   [End]
