Congratulations on your previous fasts and graduating. Graduating college is a very exciting and sometimes distressing transition in life. As to your question about what the rest of us do during a fast...I can’t speak for everyone but I think most of us live. For me, when I’m fasting I do everything I would do if I weren’t fasting (except for maybe eat :) I go to school, work, out with friends, spending time with family, laying around watching tv, or reading a book. I’ve fasted for extended periods while still exercising and haven’t fainted. I’ve become light headed in the shower etc however whenever I feel light headed I immediately sit down. After fainting once (I was not fasting at that time) my doctor said the best thing to do when feeling like you’re going to faint is to sit down.   [End]

It really varies...generally I drink the carbonated water from wal-mart which is flavored with aspartame and the gum varies too... I do know that aspartame and some other additives are not healthy but really I’m concerned how flavored water will effect my weight loss.. Thanks!   [End]

I was wondering how drinking flavored water and chewing gum affects the fast. My boyfriend cllmaxs to quick! Last night after some foreplay we got into it and after 5 minutes of being inside me he ejaculated and it was over. I’m getting frustrated because it takes me longer to cllmax and it seems like I’m all built up and getting close and then he ejaculates. Thanks for all your advice...my goals might sound a little extreme but I want to lose 100 pounds by March. Do you think this is attainable? I know fasting is not the best route but I want to do it fast or before March! I’m currently at 226 and would like to be down to the 115-120 mark. I’m also concerned that by losing that much weight that fast, my skin will not bounce back into shape with the rest of my body! I’m young (20) so I’m hoping that that will work to my advantage.
