i still pass broken up stones (tan colored usually) after ingesting about a table spoon of apple cider vinegar.. since there is no oil to lubricate (apart from the purpose of purging bile from the liver), or epsom to help flush out the large intestine, i usually break out until i completely clean out my bowels... digestion gets better until i need another liver flush. I think you have to find an oil that is more suitable for you. It is very important to keep flushing now that the dam has been broken... the dam of stagnant sludge!! from my experience, i have noticed that after some flushes my bm’s were different, and its almost like a divine wisdom that you notice something is wrong. Hi ML. I’ve read a few posts stating that calcium hydroxide is actually harmful to the body. I understand it helps supply the body with calcium in the alk. drink, but are there any negatives to ingesting what some refer to as ”chalk dust”? Would the alk drink still be effective if one was to not add the lime water and just take a coral calcium supplement while taking in the alk drink? Is calcium hydroxide, in your opinion, really safe? well im not planning on drinking any baking soda. but whats the most alkaline pH one should reach? when i first started reading my pH it was around 7.0 (the pH paper was sort of green. after a car accident i begaN to lose my hair. I’ve read hair loss is related to the thyroid - so from all the good things i hear iodine can do for the thyroid im trying out lugols. I dont think its good that you’re that acidic in the morning.. From my understanding we are supposed to be more alkaline in the morning. Maybe you eat too late? Maybe you dont drink enough water? Maybe deficient? I am also beginning my quest onto the pH understanding path..in the morning i am usually in the 6.9-7.0 range.. and i think thats still too acidic.. but im not too sure.. No, i havn’t tested for anything... I think im pretty damn healthy, and after 4 months of healing i now am working 2 jobs again so everything seems fine.. the hair loss is what is worrying me. hehe i didn’t even realize iodine and iodide were two different things.. my surgery was for a perforated bowel (small intestine) which they had to close up.. When i entered the hospital they had thought i had ONLY damaged my kidney and that i would be able to leave in 2 days or so... well eventually they realizeed i wasnt improving the least bit, and after 2 days they found out i had a perforated bowel.. so off i was to surgery..
