Hi all. I’ve done 23 flushes in the last 2 years. I’ve been seeing a doctor of Tibetan medicine and she advised me to not eat sour things and also be frugal with eating sweet things. Thanks. I assume you mean that even if those stones are ’overnight stones’ the flush can possibly be helpful because it does take out old bile from the liver and gallbladder. Most times I do the liver flush I feel better on day 7 (the day I get expel the stones) about my symptoms caused by the trigeminal nerve affliction. I feel about 20% better, but the effect lasts only for that one day. It could be that flushing the bile out of the liver is helping drain more lymph and improving blood circulation, and thus the nerve is healing. I don’t see any change in these. Well, if your colon and kidneys are sufficiently clean then the flush should not have any serious repercussions. At the most, you will feel tired from the evening of day 6 to the evening of day 7, because of the body digesting the epsom salts which can be quite a load, apparently, and then because of the diarrhea on the morning and mid-day of day 7. If your colon is not clean enough, you will absorb toxins back into your bloodstream, causing anything from aches, skin rashes, fatigue, to a worsening of the symptoms you already have. A full colonic does not mean your bowel is empty, as far as my experience goes. There is still, usually, fecal matter left in the bowel, sometimes from years of being stuck there. The green looks like bile. The brown looks like poop to me, but one can’t be sure.
