Apricot seeds are supposed to make moles and other skin blemishes reduce or dissapear, dont qoute me, i read it somewhere. i thought selenium binds to mercury and inactivates it, as this process happens from the word go because you always have selenium in your body so it is almost the bodys natural defense to heavy metals. i could understand why not to take DMSA or EDTA as these substances are not readily avaliable from our foods, or found naturally in our bodies, and they do not as such inactivate or form a stable excretable compound out of the mercury the same as selenium does, they only shuffle it about a bit. would i need to avoid all foods that contain selenium as well? if so surely i would become seleni ...

i use h2o2 in my baths and have had no adverse reaction to the chlorinated water, i have been using spring and mineral water for the drinking purpose. i dont think that there is a problem when used in the bath as i am not actually sure if your skin absorbs the chlorine/peroxide substance, i think it only becomes a problem if you are using tap water for internal use. dont take this as gospel, it is only my understanding and i have only done it a few times but i cant imagine people distilling 25 gallons of water for a bath or bathing in bottled water so i assume it is tap water they ...

Thanks Anne for the note, I found it helpful. I have only one filling left that has amalgum so I don’t have a mouth ’full’ of mercury. At $188 per filling I’ll have to wait to replace the last one. My BP swings and the cardiologist ignors the fact my BP crashes in the afternoon. Yesterday afternoon after I came in from clearing brush and it was 95/133 which is a new low.
