my two cents: you won’t find another food with more vitamins and minerals than lemons! i would stay on it if you can, and just drink as much of the mc as you want. your body needs the energy now more than ever in order to heal your injury...when you start eating it has to then put much of the energy toward digestion. often when we get hurt it’s a natural instinct to fed ourselves for comfort, which is not always the best cure. good luck!!   [End]

Hi! Do you actually have a fever, or feel feverish? If you were in excellent health and mostly cleansed to begin with, your body could be telling you that you are done. Chances are, though, this is your first time detoxing and it has just taken you nine days to REALLY start detoxing. Hang in there and make sure you’re drinking your laxative tea (or doing your salt flush) and drinkign plenty of water - feeling ill just means you’re not getting it out fast enough. And being in the bathroom all morning should be a common occurance if you’re doing it right! :) Good luck! J.   [End]

Hi, I have done this cleanse MANY times and have never used the salt water flush as I can’t stand to drink it. Are you drinking the herbal laxative tea? If not, do! You have to get the salt/water proportions exactly right in order for it to have the same weight as blood and hence push everything in it’s way - out. If you can do both, even better. That said, this cleanse is designed to bring your body weight into balance. If you are not losing weight even though you are drinking enough tea, etc., then that is your body telling you it wants to be where it is! :) Maybe try ”BodyF ...

So funny - just today I realized ALL of my cellulite is gone, and I’m only on day 8!! So, yes, it will work for you in 10 days. Note that your body creates cellulite to store toxins away from your major organs, so if you eat a lot of toxic food or start smoking and/or drinking like a fish, it will come back! Regarding the pill - there is no reason this should affect that. Often when cleansing and using fiber supplements or binding supplements (ie bentonite clay) it will drag out medication before it has a chance to work, but the Master Cleanse should be safe.
