My urine just tested 4.5, as it’s steadily been at all times of day - however, another of my brilliant ideas yesterday was to start testing my saliva pH - yesterday afternoon it was 6.4, roughly, and this morning it’s 6.0. They certainly won’t clog your blood, and are a lot healthier than oils, and generally healthier than most nuts and seds (unless sprouted nuts and seeds). Raw food per se won’t necessarily alkalize. Greens are particularly alkalizing, especially grass juice (powder, too) and algae, but fruit can exacerbate the situation, and most nuts and seeds are acidifying. I recommend you read the articles on ninjagreens.com - dependingon your microform overgrowth, it can take 3-6 months of eating to climb to where you want to be on your pH. A colon cleanse and/or a green juice fast will quicken the process, but don’t do anything that you think might cause a binge - really! Better to go steady and slow and be in for the committed haul than end up bingein ...

Not really infinity, but 120 days seems like forever. I know it sounds crazy, but my problem is that severe and life-destroying. So far no hunger and pretty good determination. Some sadness and lots of temptation and confusion yesterday. The skin outbreaks have gone away - all sores and pimples healed. I have a long way to go. Yes, indeed I will. So far, of course, not much to report, but a mouth sore has just broken out on my lip - I never get those normally; and my skin itches here and there. Do you know what it is like to have a sort of white hive-y spot under the skin? I just got one on my hand, and it too itches now and then. All in all, a good start! I have a tiny hint of an ache in my throat, very faint as yet - that’s encouraging, too. I am vegan, but still expect much toxicity to act itself out! I must force myself to drink that water.
