This fast is relatively easy compared to the last one. Not sure what the difference is except I already have 1 under my belt and am more knowledgable about what to expect. I have had any problems... no cravings... no desire to eat yet. I decided to go on this because my muscle problems were acting up again... darn back, hip and neck issues. I’m with you woman! I do am not solely a juicer. I prefer it but sometimes it just doesn’t happen. As long as it’s a liquid I’m on it. We went to an indoor water park this week... I could only go up and down the slide with my sons TWICE. OMG... I’m 35 years old. I have a history of back, hip and neck problems from an auto accident so I’m not able to do a ton of activity... but his I’ve done before and I feel better. Hi Lana, There was/is a noticable difference in my pants... and these are regular slacks that I wear to work all the time. My back had also thinned down tremendously. And off course... I was asking where my butt went a few days ago.. hehehehe. Haven’t really kept a close eye on the weight because the first day I weighed at my mom’s house. OK... here’s what I did. I’ve been doing really well on the fruit & veggie juices and could really tell a difference in my body’s appearance. I was horribly lethargic and that effected by day and evenings since I work in a busy office and have 2 boys at home. I’m getting ready to start my period anyday now so that didn’t help either. I wanted to have the comfort of food. Anyway... yesterday, I gave in and ate a small breakfast, lunch AND dinner. OMG... I’ve never felt so horrible in my life. I too have caved today but I feel mother nature is preparing to reveal her ugly way. I figure ... I’m sure as heck not going to start over cause it hasn’t been a good day. thanks for the uplift! OMG... water alone.. I’d surely keel over hahaha. No.. doing fruit and veggie juices. I’m finding I do broth alot.. and just add spices it for a variety. Tonight I did a chicken broth and added some egg and asian spices for flavor. But I strained it so all I had was the broth and spices and the flavor of egg. I’m afraid if I give into the celery.. I’m doing ok. Just really tired. I have no energy at all. I left work at noon today with the intention of coming home and putting away laundry, washing all the winter stuff (here in Illinois) and working on the house. OMG... I can barely do anything. My day 3 is only beginning and I too have horrible leg pains.. especially in my quads and down into my knees. My shoulders feel like concrete blocks. The holiday wasn’t too bad for me... just kept downing the veggies... the ones not drowning in cheese that is :) I’m 34 and a bit over 200#. Was fit until the past 2 years when I was involved in an accident. Since then, been on perscriptions, physical therapy and so forth. But I’m determined that this will not beat me.
