Well - I did it... there were doubts along the way. But I am definitely able to say that I feel great. I think I could actually go for longer if I really put my mind to it... but I think I will begin the re-introduction of food tomorrow. Going to get some organges to squeeze now. I feel like I can do anything after this cleanse. Things are back in control and the cleanse was both a physical one and an emotional one. I have normally been sleeping well - but last night had real troubles... well, Day 8 - we can see the end! I had a rough morning yesterday as well - was very emotional and my elimination was not really satisfying... however today is a great day. I feel like I have come so far! I think after work today I will go for a steam and a sauna and really get some of the remaining toxins out! Keep at it Roni... don’t worry about that scale either. I have definitely been extra sensitive during the cleanse. Yesterday I felt like all that would help cleanse me was a good cry. Emotions are often attached to food - so when you are letting go of these issues, and working to the root of what the problem is it is tough. I find myself having very high highs on the cleanse & pretty low lows! But... it sounds like your friend has a great support in you - and that is key. I would have quit days ago I think without the support of people around me and this board as a resource. So keep at it - once you are through the storm - there is alway ...

Well - yesterday I began to wonder if there was anything left in me to come out - as there wasn’t anything of significance. Then today after I did the SWF, nothing has come out - and it’s now been over 2 hours since I did it. Has this happend to anyone? I’m feeling very emotionally on edge today as well... does anyone have suggestions? Does this mean that there is a major thing going to come out of me? Is my emotional state attached to this? I feel like if I just let go and have a good cry that might help... but would love to hear if this has happend to anyone or if you have any sugg ...

I know alot of people use the brand ”Smooth Move” - but I am using the Flora brand. I’m in Canada though - so might not have the same brands. But if you go to a health food store they should have some options for you. Definitely NO suagar - you’re trying to eliminate that from your body! J   [End]

Yesterday was my first time with the SWF. It didn’t work well for me either.. But I didn’t use enough water and so that was my problem. Also, I increased the salt slightly this morning. It definitely worked today though - so keep at it!   [End]

So far so good for me to... the SWF went much better this morning. Though some of it did come back up - realized I didn’t use enough water yesterday. The eliminaations have been steady this morning now for about 3 hours... guess I’m making up for lost time yesterday. Energy is a bit here and there and I feel a bit spaced out at times, but it’s alright. Wel... so far so good - but in two hours I’m facing a challenge. Stay strong! I had some iffy moments today as well... but I KNOW that if I can get past into Day 3 it’s going to be way easier. But one day at a time. It’s tough when there are people eating / cooking around you (like today at lunchtime at work!) but luckily I can just continue working... and reward myself with this light feeling already have.
