Hi there MH, Thank you for your advise. I do indeed feel like all the’good’ stuff that I have been doing, has not really helped. Apart from relieve the Candida. However I am concerned about getting off the steroid drops, as I cannot - as much as I want to! Everytine I reduce the drops, it comes back. Hi Melissa, Thank you for your email. I take 4 tablets a night of Oxy powder, as that is enough to have at least 4 bm’s a day(I must be quite sensitive to it). But it does work better since I have been sugar/yeast/wheat free and I drink plenty of water & herbal tea’s. I think if you want to get rid of your candida you need to take an anti-fungal or threelac(it is very good - lot’s of strands are passing) also pau d’arco tea is excellent. As well as improve your diet. My stomach has improved tenfold after doing this and is no longer bloated. My symptons before i had my amalga ...

However I have been taking threelac for a week now and have noticed a lot the dreaded candida strands passing through me (which is good I know) I have been feeling awful though and it has brought on another Iritis attack which I’m thinking may have been caused by the die off of the Candida.
