I have a ’bunyan’ i think on my big-right toe, at the bottom, it’s a bit bigger than a dime. it’s annoying. what is my body telling me about it, is that a food i can eat to help it and cause it to go away, before I just soak my foot in hot epson salt and peal it off----cause it will just come back--if I don’t ’help my body’ to not make these bunyan’s (sp?) again in the same area? Ern, oh Thanks! (???) Did you lose any weight by this cleanse? I just bought the ’borax’ soap (suggested by Hulda’s book) from Brookshire’s, Albertson’s carries it too and now all my soap dispensers and kitchen spray bottle has no toxins in it, only borax and water. I put it in my dish washer lastnight with white distilled vinegar in the rinse cycle. This morning I checked them and they were very clean, and with no use of Toxins. How about that!!! :) I have a suggestion for you Ern, Get your blood type when you go to the doctor---then Try doing the ”Blood type diet” book it ...
