The reason why I was stressing on the sugar factor was that the person I wrote too was suffering with yeast infections. However, as a general rule you do want to eat NATURAL sugar moderately. We all have a different capacity at handling sugar. And most of us all have to some degree yeast overgrowth. Yeast love sugar, even natural sugar.
