Well! Anyway I thought I would try it once. You should prepare people on what to expect...really. Dang, LOL. I was still passing silica shells for 4 weeks with one tablespoon! It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. They are incredibly hard and sharp. Had one silica shell stick between my tooth and bled. So of course I wondered what it might doing to my intestines. Very fine powdery substance that you need a mask when youre working with it. I think it does better as a treatment on the skin myself.
