I did the math and decided ordering grape bitters is not practical for me. Eight oz. of Planetary grape bitters cost 14.95. Eight oz. is equivalent to 48 teaspoons. You can easily incorporate coconut oil into your diet. Anything that you saute -- like eggs, veggies, meat -- use coconut oil instead of your regular cooking oil. I use one tablespoon when I cook my eggs for breakfast, another tablespoon when I saute a piece of fish. Yeast and mold are two different microorganisms. You need yeast for yeast-risen bread. Mold will occur when the bread is old and unrefrigerated. Home-made bread, without commercial preservatives, should be refrigerated or frozen to avoid mold. Even then, with time it can form mold in the fridge.
