WS, Very interesting post. One of the links said that in order to get rid off the biofilm you need to either: 1) Consume Proteolytic enzymes that can help to break apart the structure of unhealthy gut biofilm when taken on an empty stomach. 2) Take some Apple Cider Vinegar (start with 2 tablespoons in 8 oz of water and increase as needed). Will Fenbendazole 10% help with these at all? I am taking Wormwood, Walnut Black Hull, Oregano Oil, Clove Oil and Echinacea (I am taking all of them at about x2 the recommended dose on the bottle). I just received Fenbendazole 10% a couple of days ago and started taking about 70% of a reaspoon before I go to bed ... Thank you for your input. I will look into the Diatomaceous Earth. The reason why we had Goldenseal and Oregon grape was to provide an additional angle of attack, just in case it helps with parasites and if it does help with candida than that’s fantastic. Echinacea was added exactly for the support of the immune system. Since it will be heavily involved in the purge. Milk thistle was included due to the idea that a liver will do some heavy lifting at one point or another, so giving it a little of a boost seemed logical. Thanks for your input! We do eat raw garlic on a daily basis (about 2-4 cloves on average).  Just decided to add pills (they contain cayene pepper in them as well). Absolutely agree with you on the fact that we need to listen to our bodies. That is one of the goals of this cleansing/experiment.  Since some people posted their regimens and successs stories, I would love to post ours just to add some diversity.  Which in turn will either reafirm that what previous people did works for all, or will add some level of variety.    [End]
