Hello, I have recently started flushing because I have gallbladder disease, but on my third flush nothing happened, and I started having significantly more pain. In an attempt to improve the soreness in my back and shoulders and to have a better flush next time, I decided to start taking Julia Chang’s gold coin grass. So my husband and I completed the Hulda Clark flush with great success! My husband was skeptical at first, but he seemed to get excited about it when he saw how well I was doing after my first flush. He had some early drinking/drugs/smoking years when he was much younger, and I was able to convince him this would be good for his health to help clear out some of the toxins. Maybe this isn’t the best advice because I am new to this, but I actually went to work the day after my first liver flush. I took an extra hour or so in the morning, and then went in around 10:00...there were no adverse effects for me. Good luck!   [End]

This is the first time I am posting to this forum, but I wanted to add my two cents after a successful flush. I am 26 and have had digestive troubles for most of my life. I am always on the search for alternatives to ameliorate chronic constipation, bloating, gallbladder pain, and fatigue.
