Wow! I used to think I was the only one. Since my accident 3 years ago, I only sleep really good for 2 hours. Then I am up all night, tossing and turning, going to the bathroom, turn the tv on in hopes it will put me to sleep, play music for the same reason, all else fails go into my office and play a few puter games...the hum of the PC makes me sleepy...then back to bed, but still only sleep for 15 minutes at a time...total sleep for the night a whole whopping 3 hours...been doing this for 3 years.
