I am reading up on all of this. Pineapple has Bromelain primarily and Papain additionally as enzymes. Papaya has Papain primarily (and more concentrated in skin than fruit inside). Bromelain and Papain are protein digesting enzymes. I am certainly not any expert at all. Because these enzymes digest protein, I am thinking that it is possible parasites would be killed, and dissolved in digestion possibly to the point they are not seen as a bodily unit. Hello, I was reading about Bromelain and wanted to share information. It is not expressly stated; however, it is inferred that the properties of Bromelain that kill intestinal parasites work throughout the body. Meaning that parasites not just in the intestines will be killed by Bromelain, but parasites throughout the body. Bromelain is the parasite killing enzyme found in Pineapples.
