hi luella, don’t know if you are reading these messages, but just wanted to update. i’ve been doing the silver and nebulizing for 11 days. i don’t cough anymore at all night and the coughing during the day has been reduced to half. in 2 days it will be 3 weeks since the coughing began. it seems a slow heal, but i’m grateful not to be on antibiotics. hopefully this will be complete history in a few more days!   [End]

i have used a concoction of 2 oz. coconut oil with 1/4 t. neem oil and some lavender and lemongrass essential oil on a trip to thailand. it repelled the mosquitos thoroughly and for a long time (it is mentioned that it lasts up to 12 hours). the only downfall was the heaviness of the oil on my skin in such a hot a humid climate. i am experimenting know with putting it in a lotion (weleda aloe body lotion which has no chemicals at all--great company! they grow their own herbs and biodyamically) instead of coconut oil. so far it is not heavy but i have yet to be in the woods with it to ...
