Whoo, I have always suspected that I do not react well to ES, and this last flush proved it for me. I wound up really mineral def. and if the Lord had not finally gotten through my almost totally fogged brain that I needed to take potassuim, I would have been in the hospital today. I can’t give you any insight on the coffee enemas- I’ve done them and I think I’ll wait until my gb is cleaner before I do them again. The enemas make my gb hurt! I think what happened with the flush is that I allowed myself to get severly dehydrated. I am now experiencing dry skin, dry mouth and dry eyes (can’t wear my contacts). Next time I will make sure to keep myself very hydrated. So Joe, you’re gallbladder was asymptomatic before the flushes? You were just trying to get rid of the colesterol? Is it possible that during the night that the bile from the liver can back up into the stomache? Could this be producing my nausea in the mornings? Any way to stop this? I won’t be able to do another flush for at least 6 weeks. I am starting the H. Clarks kidney flush since I had some trouble with them this go round. Also I was told NOT to fast and (veggie/fruit juice) then do a flush. I think that it liked to near killed me this time. Anyone have a similar reaction? I don’t think that the nausea is from the water. And I only have the nausea when the gb is giving me fits. I had a endoscope back in ’97 (I had the same symptoms then too) and it was fine, did a biopsy for HP-none.   [End]

Heres some more info: I’m up at 5:30, to bed by 9-10:00. I eat two meals a day becuase that is what works best. Any more than that I don’t digest things well (I don’t really anyway). I am a vegan. My symptoms are worse in the a.m.? This has been going on for 6 years now. Just lately has it happened day after day. Sometimes I get a break of a week inbetween and then they are back. I wake up in the a.m. sometimes mildly nauseuated, sometimes extremely. My gallbladder/liver area begins to hurt when I have to have a bm. Although I don’t have a mega stone story (YET!!), I wanted to post just to encourage. Ocean- so what kind of parasite cleanse did you use? I know thast they are in there. I used Hulda Clarks before- passed them. And it used to be when I did a veggie/fruit juice fast that I would get a really bad uterine infection, which I am assuming was from die-off of the parasites. Flush before last I passed 3 gallstones (about the size of a very large pea) and embedded in each one were about 10-15 black ”threads” about 1-1/2” long! Hi just saw that Spirit recommended to someone coffee enemas. I have a question about these. I feel like hell. I feel so sick. I’m thinking this might not be such a good idea after all for me because I have a bad case of arthritis and have been just few months off my drugs, which are also used for cancer patient, so pretty strong stuff.
