I had sudden pancreatitis with great pain the day after Father’s day. I went on a fast, as that was what the doctor was going to do, in part. So, I started the fast on my own and the major pain left after the 4th day of my water only fast and I continued the fast for a total of eight day. I reduced the pain by 90 per-cent and was left with little to no pain but a slight annoyance that did not clear. I figured the annoyance was caused by the major pain that had stress the nerves and I’ve fractured by back at the location of the tail of the pancreas…in 1993…so I’ve have pain management issue ...
