I have hypothyroid (been on armour for 3+ yrs.). My thyroid hormones are going down quickly. I have ovarian cysts (but no signs of PCOS yet), bad PMS (breast pain, mood swings, etc. - estrogen dominance?), I’m exhausted, trouble sleeping, can’t digest fats, etc.
Here’s what I need help with:
1) What form of Iodine to take? Lugol’s or Iodoral or seaweed, etc.?
2) How much to take?
3) How much of the other supplements: magnesium, selenium, vit.C, sea salt (anything else?)
4) When to take the Iodine and supplements? Can I take it all together? Everything in AM or PM?
