I,m not able to tolerate the kefir, even though I do just fine with the raw goat milk. I suffer from mold toxicity and that always poses a host of problem for me.
Is there anyone suffering from mold toxicity, that use the raw milk kefir and do well? Let me know exactly what you do.

My husband will take having all 8 amalgam fillings removed in a few weeks. Well the process starts in a few week. I’m very knowledgeable on these topics. We had the diet going just fine. After he has all fillings removed, I think I’ll wait about 2 months then start chelation. My question is during the 2 months period, can he do parasite and liver cleanse or should I just wait for the two months and started all detoxing?

I read on Cure Zone that it’s best to do parasite and kidney cleanse before you do the liver cleanse. What is the best parasite and kidney cleanse?

I’m don’t think that is necessarily true. I suffer from severe mold problems. It resently got so bad that I started to suffer from depression and other mental issues. I was not exercising for a few days and the problem got worst. As soon as I resume my exercise all mental disturbances were gone.
I then added Niacinamide, which I take the same dosage everday. Once I take it everyday, even if I don’t exercise I don’t experience any mental disturbances. [End]

Hi Tizona, I’m using your idea that you had from another post to clean the car and the few pieces of items I’ll be taking. I have ordered one of the Sodium Chlorite from Steve in Florida and the HCL from Alabama. I will also be using a HEPA filtered vacuum cleaner , air purifier and possible a ozone machine for those items that cannot tolerate the chemicals. The remainder of the items will be arriving today for the cleaning up process. Yes, I am preparing to move out of the house.

I really appreciate all of the feed backs, but I will have to agree with Tizona comment, and that’s not because I’m so desperate to take some belongings. I have done a lot of research on this issue and know for sure that the mold can be cleaned up from some of the items.
I’m well aware of what to use for the cleaning. The only thing I’m not sure of is if I can clean item at my pesent house and just immediatly move them to my new place.

Hi Tom, I do live in a moldly house and making preparation to move to a different house. I’m extermely sensitive. Of course I wouldn’t do this myself.
