Hello goldengirl, I just recently posted a whole long story of what happened to me during my last period on the Female Forums. Basically, it went nuts! I am in my mid 40’s so I know things are going to get a little crazy from here on in, but I had gotten somewhat concerned. Also, my period has been changing in duration as well, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter - have you had these type of symptoms? anyway, you think the progesterone cream has REALLY helped? Hi again, PTree, I was just wondering something - during all those yrs. you were dealing with endo. and fibroids, were you bleeding BRIGHT RED blood, or the ”normal” darker blood? Because as I understand it, the BRIGHT RED blood is from the clots tearing away from the uterine wall and so, bleeding. Whereas the actual mentrual flow should be a darker blood color, right?   [End]

Hi PTree, thank you for all that info.! Yes, I did get very nervous last night when I read that, but I’d rather know, than NOT know! So, thank you for posting that, plus, hopefully maybe it helped someone else too, you never know. Well, today, it’s very minimal bleeding, does that sound to you like fibroids? Yet, I started with that about 2yrs. ago, - my period started for 2 days, then would pretty much stop on the 3rd, and then resume on the 4th and 5th day. Hi - I forgot to tell you that my whole family, including myself, have been dealing with some sort of ”bug” for about a week now. I have been through the worst of it (before my period) but it’s still trying to hang on! I still have the cough and post-nasal drip and such....also, I think there might have been some kind of infection because the cough is deep in the bronchial tubes and won’t come out (which keeps me up at night). So, I wonder if this could’ve affected it? Please let me know what you think. Also, I still have the upset stomach feeling as well, so maybe it’s not completley ...

Hi Yemaya, thank you for caring! Today the bleeding is very little. This is crazy! Is this how it happens with you? Southern Belle posted a good msg. about perimenopause, this might be the case. I hope so! With me, there is no pain, just blood. (and clots!) Do you have that awful smell EVERY period? Hi Southern Belle, thank you for letting me know this! I wondered this myself, since I am 45. (and about 2 yrs. ago this HEAVY bleeding started). I had read about perimenopause and had read about heavier bleeding, I just didn’t know exactly HOW MUCH HEAVIER are they talking about? Hi - I came to this forum myself tonight because I was experiencing some mentrual problems. Sad Girl, and Yemaya, you guys have the same as I do, - bright red blood! Hi - I read Lillian’s recommendation for dr.clarkia tincture for parasite cleanse, and I’ve already put in an order for it. But, what I’d like to know is, is that the same as the other parasite cleanses I always read about on this site? They seem a lot more ”harsh”, while this just involves taking the tincture (which,of course, is nicer) - so I was wondering which is best. I’d prefer the tincture, especially for my kids.
