I find the cleaner you eat the better this is. I often get night sweats before and during my period, sometimes its been so bad, I wake up completely soaked, its yucky!!
But i’ve noticed that when i stuff my face with all the things i crave leading up to my period (pasta, bread, cheese, sugar, junk food, chocolate) I get the night sweats , but the healthier i eat, less sugar/white flour/junk food and the more fibre, fresh fruit and veg i eat before my period, the better and less sweaty i am!
