I know exactly how you feel because i too have major problems trying to get my body to accept the very things that will help clear yeast. Hi Everyone, I have been suffering with severe systemic candida for many years and have experienced all the horrid symptoms that goes along with it. I personally think its a great idea for systemic candida sufferers because the toxins are better out than in. Right now it cant get any worse than it is for me so i’m just taking the bull by the horns and going for it. Hi Anita, I’ve experience a lump in my throat before and pressure with it. I actually went to see an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist with the problem because i was worried about it. The Doctor told me it was stress and anxiety and that the pressure and the feeling of a lump in my throat was because the rings of cartillage around my oesophagus had tightened due to the stress.
