What do you mean? How much do you take as the doseage? They have 120 pills in a bottle. I think most people take about 5 a day; but I had to take 10 (I may have been more extreme). I have had close to the same thing happen to me...just without the seizure; so I’m not sure if it is the same thing or not. I have woken up at 3 or 4am to go to the bathroom and after standing up, the next thing I know I am picking myself up off the floor. Possibly. Sometimes the home tests are not sensitive enough to detect...especially in the case of miscariage. Home tests are specially designed to NEVER give a false positive; but because of this they can give a false negative.
