This is a well written article, after reading their website it appears to me that you are not only over reacting, but stretching the facts, they admit that a single nanoparticle is 3900 atoms in size, the larger the nanometer the larger the atoms content, you are relating a 250,000,000 atom particle to a single nanometer, they do not state that, the specifically mention that a 300 nm particle could be about 250,000,000 atoms in size.
