I was trying to figure out how to phrase a question and you seemed to do it for me - when I use my protocol (essential oils, probiotics, etc.) I often have a reaction within minutes - coughing up gunk, nose clearing out, etc. I wondered if this is candida die off reactions . . . ? I know it is something good . . . my doctor says I have candida in my throat, sinuses, eustachian tubes.
